Dueline ("the app") is a personal bill, income, and account tracker. Your privacy matters, and the app is built so that your financial information stays yours. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
The short version. Dueline does not collect, sell, share, or transmit your personal data to the developer or to any third party. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no user accounts. Your data stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account.
The app stores only the information you enter yourself, such as:
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database.
If you are signed in to iCloud, the app automatically backs up and syncs your data to your private iCloud database so it can restore on a new device or after reinstalling. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer of Dueline cannot access your private iCloud data.
If you are not signed in to iCloud, the app works fully offline and keeps your data only on your device.
With your permission, the app schedules local notifications to remind you when bills are due. These reminders are generated on your device. The app also uses background notifications to keep your iCloud data in sync. No notification content is sent to the developer or any third party.
Dueline does not share your data with anyone. There are no third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics providers integrated into the app.
You control your data. Deleting an item in the app removes it. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. To remove synced data from iCloud, you can delete the app’s data from your iCloud storage settings on your device.
Dueline is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
